Responsible for the full architectural services provided by the firm, Greg is an award-winning architect that keeps our clients' projects on track.

After many years working with large, national architecture firms, Greg established his own firm in 1995. Originally based in Vero Beach, Florida, Greg relocated to St. Augustine, Florida in 2021, well-positioned to serve client projects across the Southeast United States.

Greg is a Niles, Ohio native. His mother put a pencil in his hand when he was three, and he hasn't looked back since.

Born with ectrodactylism and syndactylism, Greg has certainly faced prejudice over the years, but his friendly nature, outspoken confidence, and quick sense of humor has served him well.

An accomplished and respected architect, recognized for his leadership in advocacy, diversity, and mentorship, Greg is one of only 3% of architects nationwide who have been elevated by the American Institute of Architects to the College of Fellows, (FAIA).

Winning numerous awards for his work nationally, regionally and locally, he's held senior management roles with major architectural firms in Houston, Dallas, Princeton, N.J., and New York.

Greg's projects can be seen all over the U.S., and as far away as Abu Dhabi. Closer to home, his local Florida projects include the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce, Jetson’s in downtown Vero Beach (phase one), St. John of the Cross Parish Hall and St. John of the Cross Church.

Greg is goal-oriented and focused on the details to ensure work is completed to the highest standards. Dedicated to continually learning new skills and keeping up with the latest in design, he is the driving force behind the firm.

An advocate for architects and the industry, Greg is active in the leadership of AIA Florida, and works to improve awareness of the expertise and talents that go into designing buildings and cities. He's served as a board member, committee leader, and officer on national, state, and local levels. He was treasurer for the Florida Foundation of Architecture.

Greg is also dedicated to supporting his local communities. In Indian River County, he served on the Code Enforcement board and with nonprofits addressing the needs of the homeless.  Service to his varied communities has extended from the school house to the state house at local, state, and national levels.

He also teaches a continuing education class for architects at various local chapters of the AIA, presents at national conventions, and is a published writer.

One role Greg truly enjoys is mentoring young architects and helping to guide a new generation of talented problem-solvers and visionaries.

“As an emerging professional, I found Greg instilled in me the need to be involved in my profession and the community in which I live.”  ~Melissa Carter, Clemens Bruns Schaub Architect & Associates
