Assisted Living Care Facility designed for interaction and service
Tuscany Village Assisted Living Care Facility is designed with 51-single-occupancy rooms to provide a personalized living experience for its residence. Forty-three units have a living space segregated from the
sleeping rooms, while the remaining eight units are designed as studios.
The concept is equipped with a full-service restaurant serving three meals a day; an outdoor terrace for
meals or just social interaction. Special amenities include a fitness center and activity rooms such as a
library/media center, card room, and beauty salon.
Located on busy street in Palm Springs, Florida, the building has an Italian Tuscan theme with a stone lower level and acid-washed stucco peer level. Italian clay tile roofs supported by dark wood framing are reminiscent of a Tuscan farm building.
